Ciphr has a new opportunity for an Implementation Consultant. You will be joining an organisation where you will work with a team that is goal driven and people focused.
As we are a HR software company, this role would be great if you have a background in HR and fancy kick starting your career in implementation.
Your role will be providing customers with expert guidance and support to implement and configure Ciphr products to meet their individual requirements. You’ll deliver high levels of service to ensure a successful implementation and long-lasting relationship whilst adhering to project and implementation governance.

Flexibility is key so this role can be based anywhere within the UK if you are happy to attend ad hoc meetings. We also have an office in Reading, Berkshire that all Ciphr employees are welcome to utilise.
Location: The role is remote within the UK but will require occasional travel for meetings and customer visits.
The daily tasks of an Implementation Consultant:
1. Work with multiple customers to understand their requirements and needs.
2. Consult and advise on system configuration and best use of Ciphr products and processes to ensure system optimisation.
3. Produce implementation specifications and reports.
4. Collaboratively work and support internal teams to ensure implementations are delivered on time and on budget.
5. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practice.

2. Evidence of ability to work across multiple projects, with high levels of complexity, based on a range of customer requirements.
3. Ability to work under pressure.
4. Able to prioritise workload.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.

7. An aspiration to deliver an excellent customer experience.
