Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and motivated Female Physical Education Teacher to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to teach PE across various key stages, working with both students and staff to enhance the physical education program at The Rosedale College. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons in Physical Education to students at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. Plan and deliver a balanced PE curriculum that promotes physical fitness, teamwork, and personal development. Encourage students to engage in extracurricular sports and activities. Participate in school sports events, fixtures, and competitions. Work collaboratively with the wider school community to develop a positive and supportive environment for students. Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to both students and parents. Ensure that the department’s facilities and equipment are well-maintained and safe for use. Person Specification: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching Physical Education, ideally within a secondary school setting. A passion for sport and fitness, with the ability to inspire students. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
