As a Shift Manager, you will oversee shift work by orienting, assisting, and coaching employees. You will ensure standards are met by adhering to production, productivity, quality, and customer service guidelines. You will monitor operations, reallocate resources, and resolve operational issues.
You will manage within a multi-million-pound restaurant and lead a team of 100+ employees. You will be part of the management team driving the restaurant forward by increasing sales, profitability, and delivering excellent customer service.
This role is suitable for individuals with experience managing and leading teams in retail, hospitality, business, or customer-focused environments. The position involves working in a restaurant setting with variable shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
