Role: Direct Sales AdministratorPay rate: £13.74 per hour PAYEDepartment: Mercedes-Benz VansLocation: Tongwell/WFH - 2 days in the office, 3 days from home (additional office days may be required on occasion with advance notice)Working hours: 35 hours per week, 09:00 - 17:00 with a 1-hour lunch breakYour New Role:In this role you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Direct Sales team to ensure smooth management & delivery of vehicles to corporate customers for Mercedes-Benz Vans. The Direct Sales Administrator role is essentially a customer account manager. The team are responsible for all direct sales customers, which includes the likes of Enterprise Rental, Dawsons and Northgate. These are all rental lease companies who in turn lease vehicles to end-user customers.Responsibilities:
* Support with customer email inboxes - managing requests, answering queries, scheduling deliveries.
* Allocating registrations and taxing vehicles.
* Customer invoice preparation & despatch.
* Shipping vehicles & vehicle delivery logistics.
* Managing vehicle damage between the port & customer.
* Creating & managing OZEV vehicle claims.
* Support with Contingency approvals & systems testing.
* Uploading vehicles onto an online showroom.
* Liaison with direct sales customers to draw volume via online showroom on a monthly basis.
