The Team supports young people up to 18 years of age in the West Cheshire, Central Cheshire and East Cheshire areas. This is an exciting opportunity as we develop our 0-18 Mental Health Access Services in the Community. Please join the Children & Young Person’s Mental Health Hub Team so you can be part of the developments. We offer a Cheshire wide service. The post holder will be required to work a minimum of once a week in Crewe, with the option of working at satellite offices as well as remote working.
As a member of the Clinical team, you will lead on/contribute to reviewing referrals to Cheshire Children and Young People’s Mental Health Hub (CYPMHH), triaging referrals for children and young people, offering advice on appropriate support and signposting. You will contribute to “consultations” helping support professionals working with families and young people, offering advice, guidance and signposting. You will form part of the “Access” function with a focus on prevention and early access to intervention. This role will entail high demand, but you will be joining a highly motivated team and supportive leadership structure. Remote work will be necessary for a portion of your scheduled hours.
