Alpine Formula One Team have a new opportunity to join the team as a HR Systems Specialist at our site in Enstone, Oxfordshire.
HR Systems Specialist – The Role
This position will be responsible for managing our HR software systems – ensuring that our HR systems are up-to-date, effectively utilised and integrated with other business systems. You will provide data analysis and analyse HR data to identify trends, generate insights, build reports and prepare analytics to support data driven decision making. We are looking for an individual to provide cross functional collaboration, working with various departments to integrate our HR technology solutions and improve overall efficiency whilst providing training and ongoing support to employees on HR tools and systems. You will also proactively assess new HR technology solutions whilst providing technical & system background support.
HR Systems Specialist – The Person
We are looking for an individual with proven experience in HR systems management or a similar role with a strong understanding of HR processes and technology with a proficiency in HR software and tools. Experience with Workday, Zellis, PowerBi would be an advantage.
