Production Administrator Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Administrator to join our team at Roofspace Solutions. As a key member of our production office, you will play a vital role in maintaining administrative systems and contributing to high levels of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Optimize new jobs from the design department into saws output and update relevant spreadsheets.
* Print off all jobs, including drawings or plans, and any other required paperwork.
* Ensure pick lists are ready for pickers.
* Maintain systems and paperwork.
* Manage purchase order records, including ordering, booking in goods, and receiving PODs.
* Support the smooth running of the office.
* Assist with company stock takes when required.
Requirements:
* Excellent administration skills, with a focus on accuracy with figures and efficient filing systems.
* Maths and English at GCSE level.
* Good computer keyboard skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Ability to use Optimaster Software (desirable).
* Strong communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
* Able to manage workload and work to tight deadlines.
* Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
* Ability to work on own initiative, be self-motivating, and work as part of a team.
* Ability to demonstrate problem-solving skills and willingness to learn and create new ways of working.
