We are looking for experienced and empathetic Customer Service Advisors on behalf of our clients based in Portsmouth. The roles are full time and permanent, starting in March & April. The role will involve a shift pattern including evenings and weekends. Full training provided. The role: Answering a high volume of inbound calls and emails from customers. Providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. Providing clear and concise guidance to customers following internal processes. The ideal person: Experience as a Customer Service Advisor or Call Handler in a high-volume call centre environment. Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
