Your Role: As a Financial Accountant, you'll be at the heart of our financial ecosystem, ensuring our accounting records are meticulously maintained. Your expertise will shine as you:
* Reconcile complex data with precision
* Oversee trial balances and produce portfolio-based consolidations
* Handle a variety of financial reporting tasks
* Collaborate with Leaders: Work closely with our Corporate Finance Director and CFO to ensure our financial operations are robust and compliant. Your contributions will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity of our financial processes.
Key Accountabilities:
* Quarterly Reporting
* TB / Man Acs Review
* Consolidation
* Lease Schedules
* Intercompany Reconciliation
* Loan Management
* Financial Statements
* VAT returns / PSA
Beyond the Numbers: Engage in diverse ad hoc tasks, from providing ONS data to supporting refinancing and legal activities. Your role will be integral to our success and growth.

Ideal Candidate
* You must be qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent.
* Ideally, prior experience as a financial accountant in a similar industry.
* Understanding of the basic concept of a Propco / Opco environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* High personal standards with meticulous attention to detail and presentation.
* Strong analytical skills with a proven ability in planning and analysis.
* Self-starter with a high level of personal drive and the ability to work independently when required.
