If so, we want to hear from you About the Role: As an HR Assistant at Hoople, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality HR support to managers and employees. You will be the first point of contact for HR queries, ensuring employee records are up to date, assisting with contract amendments, and supporting key HR processes. Your contribution will help ensure smooth and efficient HR operations across the organisation. What You’ll Be Doing: Generating contract amendment letters Investigating and resolving employee queries regarding contracts Updating and maintaining accurate employee records in our HR/Payroll system Providing first-line support on HR policies and procedures Assisting with HR projects and process improvements Producing workforce data reports for management Supporting job evaluations and ensuring accurate payroll processing Ensuring compliance with data protection and HR best practices What We’re Looking For: Experience working in an office environment, preferably within HR Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to handle confidential information with discretion A team player with a proactive approach Why Join Us?
