We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to provide administrative support to our sales and manufacturing department. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, an ability to multi-task, and a high level of proficiency in using computers and software. Excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and discretion are essential for this position. This role involves contact with UHNWIs, so handling information with discretion and professionalism is essential. Duties and Responsibilities Creating and maintaining customer documents and records. Liaising with customers and their staff on documentation, deliveries, and payment requests. Assisting the production department with timesheets, stock control, and supplier management. Organising transport for guns, components, and accessories to and from outworkers. Assist with gun licensing compliance and export and import paperwork. Handle emails, calls, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion. Support team members with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required. Experience Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role. Proficient computer skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with basic data entry processes and office equipment operation. Ability to work on your initiative and collaborate well as a team.
