About the Role: As a SENCO, you will ensure that all students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN), have equal access to a high-quality education and the support they need to thrive. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the SEN provision across the school. Provide strategic direction and support to ensure that students with SEN receive tailored, effective interventions. Work closely with teachers and other staff to implement inclusive practices that foster a positive and supportive learning environment. Liaise with parents, external agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure that the needs of SEN students are met. Monitor the progress and achievement of students with SEN, using data to inform planning and interventions. Support and advise staff on best practices for working with students with additional needs. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of SEN legislation and best practices. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
