DWF is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Specialist to join our team.

This role is perfect for a seasoned HR professional with a proven track record in building and maintaining relationships across diverse stakeholder groups and leading advisory HR activities.
About the role
As a Senior HR Specialist, you would provide expert advice on HR processes and complex employment matters, acting as an escalation point for HR Specialists and coaching managers on employee relations issues. Experience in international business and familiarity with multi-jurisdictional HR challenges will be advantageous.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of UK employment law, demonstrated an ability to lead a team, coach leaders and colleagues, and be focused on continuous improvement and transformation. You will also have experience in delivering change and be responsible for working with the wider HR Team to implement key elements of our global operating model.
Key Duties
1. Providing expert advice in relation to HR process and employment matters
2. Working with the MI teams to develop data and track trends
3. Managing and developing a team of HR specialists
4. Developing and maintaining training packages that are legally compliant and represent current best practise.
5. Stakeholder management and Project Management
6. Mapping procedures and policies alongside a wider HR Ops team
7. HR Advisory and business role, structure and performance reviews
About you
We are looking for someone who is action-oriented, technology-focused, and possesses strong analytical skills. You should be passionate about delivering tangible outcomes, holding others accountable, and driving team performance. A self-starter with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a global team, you will be comfortable challenging the status quo and leading initiatives.
Essential Skills and Experience:
8. Strong experience and knowledge of Employment law
9. Experience managing and developing a team
10. Experience implementing HR strategy and change management
11. Experience providing expert advice in relation to HR process and employment matters
12. Establishing quality and consistency within HR specialist teams - standardising SLAs and processes.
13. Strong Policy management and review skills
