We are seeking an organised and adaptable Head of Technical Production to support the technical operations of our school theatre and associated venues. As Head of Technical Production you will be working closely with the Head of Theatre Operations, staff, students, and external users to provide high-quality technical support in areas such as lighting, sound, AV and stage management. The ideal candidate should have demonstrated experience in providing technical support for theatre productions, events, or similar environments, as well as excellent organisational and communication skills. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a salary of £36,000 to £41,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. Due to the nature of the position, flexibility will be essential including availability for evening and weekend work to support events as required.
