About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting both teachers and students within the classroom. Your responsibilities may include:
Assisting in the delivery of lessons and activities, both individually and in small groups
Providing tailored 1:1 support to children with special educational needs (SEN)
Supporting students with social and emotional development
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Encouraging independence and building self-confidence in students
Working closely with the class teacher to ensure learning objectives are met

About You:
We’re looking for individuals who are:
Passionate about working with children and supporting their development
Experienced or eager to learn about supporting children with SEN, particularly in 1:1 settings
Patient, empathetic, and adaptable with excellent communication skills
Able to work as part of a team and independently
Flexible and open to working in different school environments
Experience as a teaching assistant or in a similar role is desirable, but not essential, as we offer full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
