We're looking for a Senior BIM Coordinator to join our growing Water Solutions team. In this role, you'll support the delivery of Southern Water's £3.7 billion capital delivery programme, working on projects ranging from small rural sites to multi-million-pound schemes, covering both water and wastewater (Infrastructure and Non-Infrastructure).
You'll have the opportunity to contribute to two major frameworks as part of this investment:

As part of our thriving business, you'll take on rewarding multi-disciplinary projects from inception to delivery, creating innovative solutions that enhance the environment and improve communities. By joining AECOM, you'll be provided with a comprehensive benefit package, including competitive pay, highly rated healthcare, a company pension, and a Sharesave scheme!
Here's what you'll do:

2. Utilise Digital Tools: Encourage the use of digital tools to review, influence, and enhance design quality processes.
3. Champion BIM: Promote, articulate, and lead BIM behaviours on the project.
4. Manage CAD Deliverables: Oversee CAD deliverables for multiple projects, ensuring completion within budget.
5. Project Support: Provide direct support and production for assigned projects, creating models as required using standards to meet job requirements, including appropriate level of detail, metadata population, and classification data incorporation.
6. Report and Review: Report model coordination issues and host design team meetings to review these issues.
7. Support Design Staff: Assist design staff with the Building Information Modelling system, providing 3D models using project specifications and content.
8. Maintain Standards: Support the Digital Engineering Lead in maintaining CAD standards, best practices, and processes for modeling, content creation, and advanced digital developments.
