Key Responsibilities for a Clinical Governance and Audit Lead:
* Lead and develop the organisations clinical governance and audit frameworks
* Oversee clinical audit programmes, reporting on performance and areas for improvement
* Analyse clinical data to inform quality and safety initiatives
* Train and support clinical staff in governance and audit processes
* Ensure compliance with CQC, NICE, and national standards
