Office Manager
Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting an Office Manager on behalf of our client based in Nottingham.

Duties:
1. Manage all administrative employees, resources, and tasks for the office location
2. Manage the office budget/purchasing
3. Provide general admin support including typing, photocopying, stationery and supply chain ordering, scanning, filing, and travel arrangements
4. Prepare, coordinate, and check documentation and specifications utilizing Microsoft Office software
5. Coordinate and assist with internal projects
6. Lead & guide a team of 4 apprentices/trainees, being the first point of contact for new enquiries and onboarding of new clients
7. Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and take general minutes as required
8. Maintain all legal/compliance recruitment
9. Provide payroll/accounts support
Requirements:
1. Previous office management experience
2. Strong communication skills
Salary: £37k - £47k DOE.
Hybrid, full-time, and part-time options available.
