Sue Ross Recruitment are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Sales & Lettings Administrator to join our client’s busy and friendly team in Dronfield, with cover required at other offices across north Derbyshire. You will play a vital role in supporting all branch operations. You will be the first point of contact for clients, tenants, contractors, vendors and buyers, managing a wide range of administrative duties in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer and manage high volumes of telephone and email enquiries in a busy sales environment
* Coordinate and schedule property viewings with potential buyers and tenants
* Provide feedback to vendors and landlords following viewings
* Process tenant applications, including referencing and tenancy paperwork
* Liaise with maintenance contractors and arrange property repairs as needed
* Record and manage incoming offers, keeping vendors and landlords updated
* Conduct property inspections and accompany viewings when required
* Maintain accurate records and ensure all documents are filed in line with GDPR and internal standards
* Support branch staff and negotiators with day-to-day administrative tasks
* Deliver excellent customer service to tenants, landlords, buyers, and vendors
