Early Years the organisation for young children is a non-profit making, membership-based organisation which has been working since 1965 to promote high quality childcare, education and family support. We are currently seeking applications for the post of Chief Operating Officer. This exciting role will support the Chief Executive Officer lead, manage and implement change, innovation and growth across the organisation and the early years sector. Specifically, the post holder will direct organisational operations and other strategic priorities. The post holder will join an organisation which has recently reorganised its structures and services to reflect a commitment to improving long term outcomes for children, families and communities. The post holder will be part of an exciting and dynamic process which will lead significant change and innovation across services for young children in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. The post holder will deputise for Chief Executive Officer as appropriate.
