Foster strong client relationships and drive results through Paid Social Media campaigns Responsible for the planning strategy and the full circle of campaign management, including activation, ideation, client-facing interactions, data analysis and budget forecasts. Work with other Channel Strategists to deliver 360 approach to performance marketing strategy Strategically plan and forecast long-term Paid Social initiatives by analysing market trends and consumer behaviour, ensuring proactive adaptation and alignment with evolving business goals and client needs Work closely with the broader marketing team on projects across SEO, PR, Design, and Tech Manage day-to-day paid social activity to hit business KPIs in both ecommerce and lead gen and develop successful channel performance Support junior members of the team with training in Paid Social Develop scalable marketing funnels that enhance campaigns and effectiveness, ensuring alignment with client growth targets through systematic testing and improvement Follow market/technology trends and ensure account hygiene is best in class Manage your team effectively, driving personal development and growth Assist in new business pitches and proposals Produce training materials and deliver advice and training sessions as needed Proactive collaboration with directors, heads of departments and strategists to ensure adherence to best practices Continuously update ad refine processes and frameworks to maintain best practices and operational excellence Lead and collaborate with the Design team to drive the creative development and optimisation of Paid Social activations, ensuring adherence to channel best practices Ability to multi-task, manage one’s time, and demonstrate personal organisation and ability to meet deadlines (strong work ethic); Ability to take initial direction, then transition to a more independent work style Regularly audit accounts to identify opportunities for performance improvement and implement strategic enhancements Lead the implementation of a social media-first approach in campaign planning, ensuring innovative and effective strategies Essential Skills: Minimum 2 years Paid Social experience Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets Clear communication and relationship-building abilities Detail-oriented and hands-on management style High level experience running ads on Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Pinterest and Snapchat Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and platform updates related to Paid Social Ambitious and driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines Certifications within Meta media buying or planning desired Strong QA skills to ensure all work meets the highest standards Familiarity with conversion campaigns, e-commerce, lead generation, and branding objectives Devising strategies for social campaigns A strong understanding of attribution models and tracking, with the ability to guide clients on what works best for them as a business Excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex channel-level observations into actionable insights Strong experience driving the creative/content briefing process Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions Proficient with Google Analytics Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce, as well as e-commerce integrations like Shopify and WooCommerce Experience with products feeds and Social Media Commerce.
