1. Social worker to cover a maternity leave in the Disability Team in Children's Services.
2. small team of 10 - Team Leader, 2 senior practitioners, 2.5 social workers, 1.5 family support workers and 1.5 business support.
3. Looking for a social worker who has experience of both working in statutory children and families social work as well as children with disabilities.
4. The team works with children and young people who are looked after and accommodated, on the child protection register and who are subjects of statutory orders through the children's hearing.
5. The team also works with families on a voluntary basis - assessments, support planning and then reviewing supports.
This could be the perfect position in which to realise your career goals.
