This role will report directly into the Senior Brand Manager and will see you work on the two exciting coffee brands, NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto & STARBUCKS by Dolce Gusto. You'll be working daily with cross-functional teams to make your plans come to life. A day in the life As the Acquisition Brand Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting new consumers into the NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto system, developing and delivering the annual brand plan in close collaboration with both the local team and the global business unit. Everything you do will be rooted in consumer insight and understanding that you will leverage to provide a great brand experience. You will be responsible for understanding category & consumer data, insights, and what the consumer story is telling us, to then be able to support the acquisition strategy development and inform the annual brand plan. You'll play a pivotal role in bringing to life our acquisition strategy by: - Leading the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns based on insight, to build relevance of our brand and cut through in a highly competitive environment, working closely across several different functional areas and agencies, from brief to launch, to post-evaluation. - Ensuring optimal visibility online through the leadership of the paid and organic search strategy inclusive of RDM - Sponsor & Drive Excellence in Shopper Merchandising & Activation for Machines - Leading the launch of new machine innovations and tactical bundles - from ideation, pack design through to launch and performance analysis, including the creation and management of events to drive NDG Machine sell through - Ensuring sales fundamentals of machines across the market - Building relationships with our machine partner and retailers to drive momentum for plans - Being the machine range expert and owning content for machines and acquisition on the Nescafé Dolce Gusto website as well as retailers What will make you successful You will have a passion for understanding consumers, using data and insights and be able to convert this into successful marketing programmes. You will be innovative in your strategic thinking, yet highly organised to deliver the resulting activity with excellence. You'll thrive when working with stakeholders across all levels coupled with your ability to truly understand our businesses from a commercial standpoint. You'll have fantastic communication skills and understand how your decisions impact our market business strategy. You'll love working in an environment that isn't always black and white, being able to navigate both yourself and stakeholders to a positive solution. And lastly, you'll know the importance of being able to work successfully in situations that can sometimes be pressured.
