Supply Chain Co-ordinator
Monday-Friday 7:30-16:15, with a half day on Friday, fully on site
Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for inventory management? Our client, a well-established organisation in the supply chain industry, is seeking a dedicated Inventory Controller to join their team. If you have experience managing inventory, coordinating with various teams, and driving continuous improvement, this opportunity is perfect for you.
As the Inventory Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring stock availability without compromising inventory targets. You will coordinate with different departments to ensure a smooth supply of materials and products, and you will be responsible for conducting regular inventory cycles and reporting findings. Your excellent problem-solving skills will come into play as you address and resolve any inventory-related issues that may arise.
In addition to managing inventory, you will work closely with the supply chain and production teams to ensure that stock levels align with customer demands. As part of your role, you will also assist in planning for stock takes and ensure compliance with relevant company policies.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of supply chain processes and logistics operations. Experience using MRP systems is highly desirable, and previous experience managing teams is a plus. Advanced IT skills, especially in MS Office and Excel, are essential for this role.
