The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Panel Co-ordinator. In this role, you will:
Key Responsibilities:
Produce agendas for Children’s Social Care Panels as and when required ensuring all relevant information has been received in order to be discussed. Collating paperwork for children to be discussed, booking panel meetings, preparing and distributing agendas, updating LCS (children’s recording system) and monitoring mailbox.
Liaise with Officers, and other relevant professionals following panel to ensure case progression.
Produce and complete documents (including confidential ones) in support of the panels within the Children’s Social Care Service to ensure statutory and service level agreement timescales are met.
Develop and maintain records, Children’s LCS recording system, data bases and filing systems for all children ensuring an efficient and robust system that is accessible and information retrievable.
Work Style

However, please note that during the induction period, it may be necessary to spend more time in the office to support your learning and development. We are flexible and open to discussions about your preferred working style, and if you wish to be in the office more frequently, this can be negotiated.
This role falls into the category of Flexible Worker which means you can expect to work in the following way:
2-3 days in the office
Works both from home and the office, depending on the task at hand.
Training is provided to help balance work-life and manage time effectively, with an emphasis on communication for team touchpoints and planning in-office days for collaboration.
About You
We are looking for an individual who is passionate and who possesses the following skills and experience:
Essential Criteria:
Level 2 Maths and English or equivalent
Level 3 or 4 qualifications or equivalent to demonstrate technically specific skills relating to Business Support/ICT/Administration.
Evidence of a high level of ICT skills (user).
Ability to present data and MI clearly and confidently
