Job Description
* Partner 2 sites for all aspects of HR
* Lead and manage the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
* Analyse trends and metrics to develop solutions and programs.
* Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
* Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees.
* Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.
* Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, increase productivity and retention.
* Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
* Be able to travel to Redditch weekly as part of the role
* A degree in Human Resources or related field - desired
* Proven working experience in Human Resources role in industrial/manufacturing sector.
* Strong knowledge of employment law.
* Excellent problem-solving capabilities and judgement skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficiency in HRIS and other HR related tools.
