The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience of working with children. You must be able to have the confidence to liaise difficult conversations with children and parents regarding the health and wellbeing of a child.Every day you will be meeting new children, so it essential you are able to bring empathy and compassion to the role. Relevant Health and social care or equivalent qualification, this can include the Care Certificate Experience working with children, young people and families Able to manage own timeand work as part of a team Excellent communication skills both written and verbal including telephone Excellent listening skills, offering empathy and understanding and manage difficult conversations All training will be provided.
