Hours: Fractional – 0.8 FTE – 29.6 hpw
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Band F - £24,100 FTE (dep on qualifications and experience)

At East Coast College, we are looking for a driven and innovative Coordinator to provide invaluable support to our ESOL and Adult Curriculum team.
Working as part of the highly dedicated ESOL and Adult Curriculum team, you will work closely with the Curriculum Manager and course Lecturers to ensure that new and existing students are enrolled, have access to exams and assessments, and their progression is captured.
Collaboration and communication will be key in this role as you will be the main point of contact for other Curriculum areas and departments both within and outside of East Coast College. Whether it’s monitoring learner numbers, discussing timetables, signposting students, or marketing the courses on offer at local events, your ability to engage with a variety of people will ensure your success.
Key responsibilities include:
* Administration: Data reports, exam entries, equipment ordering
* Communication: Curriculum Managers, Lecturers, Students, Support Departments
* Marketing: Attend events, promote curriculum area and courses
* Coordination: Interviews, enrolments, Exams
