Job Role:
There exists a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Supervisor / Team Leader / Senior Sales professional to join an already successful and established store team. This remit is pivotal to maintain the brand's reputation for excellence while assisting the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and driving forward sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Encouraging your colleague fraternity to achieve and exceed both individually assigned and team collective targets and trading goals.
2. Collaborating with all team members to ensure the work environment is positive and motivational.
3. Managing specific tasks, including rota management, H&S tasks, and training, as well as organizing regular stock audits.
4. Imprinting best practices for client engagement and consultative sales techniques throughout every sales journey.
5. Training and educating sales consultants to enhance their product knowledge.
6. Partnering with the Store Manager to set and execute sales strategies ensuring trading aspirations are accomplished while providing exceptional customer experience.
7. Upholding Brand Ambassadorship by maintaining a polished appearance and fostering a passion for luxury jewellery within the team.
Requirements:
1. 3-4 years of experience in luxury retail; experience in the jewellery industry is advantageous.
2. Experience liaising with high-end clientele and a strong desire to achieve and surpass sales targets.
3. Adept at adding value to co-workers' careers and providing operational competence.
4. I.T savvy, able to interpret and use data effectively and direct others to prioritize accordingly.
5. Inspiring presence that promotes future patronage and employer commitment.
6. Maintaining in-store standards and ensuring the retail stage is always ready for performance.
7. Delivering customer service delight as a team mission.
