Internal Account Manager (office based) - Calling all RECRUITERS!
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday-Friday)
Job Location: Chester Business Park
Work Arrangement: On-site role
Overview:
As an Internal Account Manager, you'll be integral to our operations, ensuring our agency partners and consultants receive the very best support. Using your existing knowledge of our systems, you'll handle inbound queries, assist account managers, and maintain our Crest Plus standards of excellence.
Purpose of the role:
* Deliver exceptional service to agencies and consultants, always striving to exceed expectations.
* Drive quality across the team through improving processes and use of systems.
* Identify possible opportunities for sales team to contact tail and other agencies.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage all inbound queries promptly and efficiently allocated agency support agencies effectively, and within agreed SLA’s.
* Required to handle and assist enquiries from owners and directors, to consultants and staff at resource level.
* Assist account managers with administrative tasks for key accounts, ensuring smooth operations.
* Cover for account managers' inboxes during their absence, ensuring continuity of service.
* Complete all the audit requests, KID documents and other paperwork accurately and promptly.
* Serve as the main resource for all inbound team calls.
* Have high levels of technical knowledge on all aspects of the umbrella and CIS solutions, and Crest systems/processes.
* Have good levels of market/commercial awareness.
* Be ‘the eyes and ears of the team’
Key skills, knowledge and experience
* Must come from a Recruitment background - Mandatory
* The ability to manage the working day and prioritise tasks effectively are essential.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are crucial.
* Having a proactive mindset by taking the initiative to solve problems and showing a commitment to continuous improvement.
* It would also be helpful to consider how you can effectively manage high volumes of inbound calls while maintaining professionalism and providing exceptional service.
