Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Building Maintenance Engineer located in King's Lynn. The General Building Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for building maintenance, plumbing, maintenance and repair, facility management (FM), and preventive maintenance tasks.
Qualifications
* Window Cleaning with water fed poles would be beneficial
* General gardening experience
* Handyman for general repair works
* Building Maintenance and Facility Management (FM) skills
* Plumbing and Maintenance & Repair skills
* Experience in preventive maintenance practices
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Relevant technical certifications or training
