Salary £22,500 Based in Lytham - 100% onsite position Role Summary: As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will be a vital member of our team, providing essential office support to our field sales team and UK-based veterinary practices. Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. What you'll be doing: Customer Interaction: Be the primary point of contact for veterinary practices and end users. Quality Assurance: Handle product complaints and report these to the Quality Control department. Event Coordination: Manage the ‘Lunch & Learn’ program and the Partnership Programme. Stock Management: Process free-of-charge stock and sponsorship requests. Database Administration: Maintain accurate records and support new starter inductions. Support & Logistics: Organize and distribute equipment and boot stock for field sales staff following technical training. About you: We are looking for someone who is: Experienced: Prior office or administration experience is essential. Communicative: Excellent telephone manner and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Organized: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
