Responsibilities of a Sales Co-Ordinator:
8. Make effective use of the CRM system by updating and maintaining it alongside the regional tender and live projects
9. Take ownership of customer relationships, following up and providing detailed updates to both current and potential customers in a timely manner
10. Identify and secure new customers, accounts, and orders to drive business growth
11. Maximise customer account expenditure within agreed credit limits to increase revenue
12. Regularly trade with suppliers, actively re-pricing work to remain competitive in the market
13. Seek and establish market knowledge, competitor activity, and customer trends
Requirements of a Sales Co-Ordinator:
14. Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the building supplies sector
15. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to establish and maintain customer relationships effectively.
16. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities.
17. Proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet targets and financial goals.
18. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
19. Results-driven and customer-oriented, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service at every touchpoint.
20. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
