Job Opportunity: Digital Change Manager
Moxie People is seeking a skilled Digital Change Manager to lead a digital transformation programme across four key systems, including iTrent.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and integration of digital change initiatives, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors to align system functionality with strategic goals and business process automation.
* Process Optimisation: Redesign processes to enhance user experience and identify system improvement opportunities.
* Governance & Reporting: Develop governance frameworks, manage reporting programmes, and track project progress.
* Tender Management: Handle vendor evaluation and selection processes.
* Documentation & Communication: Maintain project documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
* Support HR Operations: Assist with operational HR issues and ensure adherence to key HR processes.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in project management and digital transformation.
* Successful track record of systems implementation/integration (iTrent experience is a plus).
* Proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
* Excellent communicator with the ability to engage with Directors, users, and technical teams.
* CIPD qualification or relevant HR experience (desirable)
