LETTINGS MANAGER - MARYLEBONE Dove and Hawk are working in partnership with an independent agency who specialise in the sale and rental of prime central London property. They are searching for a senior lettings negotiator to join their established team. This role will suit a well-spoken central London lettings agent who has 3 years' experience in London lettings. Duties/functions of the role: Oversee the Lettings Department. Build and expand Lettings business. Conduct Market Appraisals, negotiate the best fee possible and gain instructions Follow up old Market Appraisals and maintain a high conversion rate Generate new business, be pro-active and source new leads List properties from the existing database/network Manage incoming enquiries and build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants Manage the lettings negotiator Carry out viewings of properties with prospective tenants Give feedback from viewings to the owners of properties Negotiate lettings deals and progress the letting of properties once a price is agreed Deal with any lettings issues that may arise Requirements of the role: 3 years' experience working as a Lettings Manager or an Assistant Lettings Manager role ARLA qualified preferred but not essential A proven track record of valuation experience and winning business A proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets Must be well spoken and well presented Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Strong IT skills Salary budgets: £30K basic salary, £70K OTE guarantee Required working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, alternate Saturdays 10am - 1pm (WFH available) If you are a Senior Lettings Negotiator who is looking for their next role within a luxury independent property firm apply today or contact Sophie Knowles at Dove and Hawk quoting vacancy reference: 10898 Dove & Hawk Property Recruitment acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of permanent workers.
