The Gig
As a Project Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving business transformation across our company. From client onboarding to warehouse system migrations, you’ll lead critical projects that improve how we operate and scale.
You’ll be responsible for:
1. Project Planning & Execution: Managing multiple projects, from start to finish, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
2. Stakeholder Collaboration: Working across teams, keeping everyone aligned, and ensuring smooth communication.
3. Process Improvement: Identifying ways to make our business more efficient, scalable, and customer-focused.
4. Risk & Budget Management: Spotting challenges early and keeping projects on track.
You’ll Love This Role If You…
* Are a highly organised problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
* Can juggle multiple projects at once without missing a beat.
* Have experience in project management, ideally with Prince2, PMP, Agile, or similar methodologies (certification preferred).
* Are great at stakeholder management and communication, getting everyone on board and aligned.
* Have experience using project management tools.
* Bonus points if you’ve worked in logistics, 3PL, warehouse operations, or supply chain before!
The Nitty-Gritty
Location: Shoreham-by-Sea (Hybrid working possible)
Hours: 24-30 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: Competitive (let’s talk!)
Holiday: 28 including Bank Holidays
