Special Needs Teaching Assistant Area: City Centre Birmingham Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 3:30pm FULL TIME Monarch Education are working closely with a group of special needs schools in Birmingham who requires a full time Teaching Assistant to work within their specialist team to help support the education and development of their children from Key Stage 2 up to GCSE level and beyond. This is a full-time, long-term role, Monday to Friday to start ASAP for the full academic year, with the view of potentially going permanent. We are seeking to appoint an individual with a calming and nurturing nature, who has extensive experience working with children or adults with special needs. This experience may be gained in either the care or education sector. While formal qualifications are not required, any transferable skills or related qualifications would be highly regarded.
