WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING As a key member of the wholesale team, you'll report directly to the Head of Wholesale and lead the order processing management for our wholesale accounts globally, with the support of a Wholesale Administrator. Your role will be crucial in ensuring we deliver exceptional service, managing every aspect of the order lifecycle from processing to delivery. You will work cross-functionally to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and provide a seamless experience for our accounts. As our Wholesale Operations Lead you’ll be responsible for: Driving wholesale dispatch and key point of contact for customers delivery updates Managing EDI and non-EDI customer orders for our Seasonal, Drop Ship, and replenishment programs Managing sales order changes such as cancellations, PO adjustments including client window updates, style code changes, price adjustments Communicating with buyers on queries relating to the EDI orders, reconciliation errors, retransmission, receipt confirmations Monitoring inbound shipments from our 3PL warehouses CCS and Renewal Logistics, creating ASNs and managing allocation Reviewing sales order and submission of pick requests to our warehouse Managing shipments to our warehouse (shortages/overages) and creating invoices Monitoring EDI PO reports to ensure POs are accurately processed in a timely manner Partnering with Head of Wholesale to forecast monthly Coordinating with warehouse to plan weekly or bi-weekly wholesale warehouse capacity Working closely with our 3PL on Wholesale returns to create inbound deliveries and issue credit notes as required (RTVs) Collaborating with local finance and warehouse to review and resolve Wholesale chargebacks/debit notes WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Experience: Proven experience in wholesale order management, logistics, or a similar role, including EDI and non-EDI order handling. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel and EDI systems; understanding of warehouse operations and shipment processes. Mintsoft knowledge is highly desirable. Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers, buyers, and internal teams. Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing sales orders, adjustments, and invoicing. Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to order discrepancies, shipment errors, and reconciliation. Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, including monitoring and coordinating shipments and inventory. Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with various departments, including finance, warehouse, and 3PL providers. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data, forecast trends, and contribute to strategic planning for wholesale operations. Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to changes in processes and priorities, with a proactive approach to managing workload.
