Salary: £31,650 - £49,084 annually (MPS/UPS) (Depending on experience)

Responsibilities of SEN Teacher:
* Plan and deliver engaging, adaptive, and inclusive lessons that cater to the individual needs of students.
* Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that encourages confidence and independence.
* Implement and develop personalised learning plans to support each student’s academic and social growth.
* Work collaboratively with support staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure students receive the best possible support.
* Foster a positive and encouraging classroom culture that promotes resilience and enthusiasm for learning.
The successful candidate will:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with experience in SEN education.
* Strong understanding of differentiated teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and families.
* A patient, empathetic, and resourceful approach to teaching.
* Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
