What You Will Do: - Serve as the primary point of contact for all Dealers in the UK, ensuring seamless sales department operations. - Master the order processing system to provide training and support to Dealers and staff, enhancing the efficiency of our industry-leading technology. - Develop and manage manual order systems for special scenarios, including new motorcycle model launches. - Coordinate warehousing, logistics, and liaise on credit enquiries, DVLA, and inter-dealer transfers to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience. - Process all manual sales orders, oversee the sales ordering system, and manage credit queries in collaboration with the wholesale finance provider. - Compile sales reports and support the sales department in achieving its objectives, while also playing a key role in UK trade shows and events.
