ABOUT US:
Sportradar Integrity Services is part of the Sportradar Group and the world's leading supplier of sports integrity solutions. With our technology-driven and intelligence-led services, we assist Sports Governing Bodies, Anti-Doping Organisations, Clubs, State Authorities, Bookmakers and private organisations in the fight to protect the integrity of sport. We support over 250 partners around the world by providing customized solutions in different areas such as Anti-Match-Fixing, Anti-Doping, Compliance, Risk and Governance and Safesport.
Working within the Integrity Services EMEA team, the Integrity Services Sales & Partnerships Manager is responsible for managing key accounts, proactively pursuing and acquiring new partners and generating new revenue for the business.
THE CHALLENGE:
* Develop, own, and execute business development strategies for assigned Integrity Services service pillars, products and target markets.
* Exceed individual sales KPIs and targets as set and agreed with Regional VP Sales & Partnerships.
* Ensure high standards of account management and service delivery for Integrity Services clients and partners in the EMEA region.
* Develop strong relationships with partners and pursue upsell opportunities on an ongoing basis and successfully renew partnerships.
* Develop and maintain required product knowledge and training across the InSe product portfolio and coordinate with Integrity Services' operational and development teams to respond to partner inquiries and needs. Lead and prepare pitches and meetings with prospective customers and existing clients as well as other relevant internal and external stakeholders.
* Represent Sportradar at industry events and conferences to promote Integrity Services.
* Closely align and collaborate with colleagues to prepare sales related pricing, proposal and sales collateral documentation.
* Ensure client and sales related information is regularly entered in and maintained in CRM system such as Salesforce.
* Successfully coordinate closely with other Sportradar business units and teams in the region such as SRP and SRAD Sales to execute account management and business development strategies.
* Assist the Regional VP Partnerships with ad-hoc strategic projects.
ABOUT YOU:
* Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
* 5 years+ working experience in Sports Integrity and/or business development, sales and account management roles.
* Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
* Broad understanding of global sport.
* Experience working with sports leagues and organizations, preferably in the sporting integrity environment.
* Excellent knowledge of sports betting and the sports integrity environment.
* Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Strong organizational, issue resolution, and decision-making skills are required.
* Superior verbal and written presentation and communication skills.
* Fluent in English. Other languages will be considered a plus.
* Flexible to adapt to changing priorities and able to work to tight deadlines.
* High proficiency in MS Office Tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
* Motivated self-starter with an inquisitive mind.
