Grafton Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for a Marketing Campaigns Manager on behalf of a successful company based in South Yorkshire. This is a 12 month contract based role.
This role calls for strategic thinker who excels at delivering integrated campaigns that resonate with diverse audience and drive measurable impact.
THE ROLE:
Some of your responsibilities as a Marketing Campaigns Manager:
Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, covering digital, print, events and partnerships.
Develop tailored strategies for different audience segments, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality creative assets.
Oversee CRM systems and use analytics tools to monitor performance and optimise campaigns.
Present campaign strategies and results to senior stakeholders with clear, actionable insights.
Manage website content updates and ensure alignment with campaign messaging.
Implement SEO and paid media strategies to enhance visibility and engagement.
THE CANDIDATE:
Minimum 4 years' experience in marketing, with focus on campaign management.
Proficiency in CRM platforms, CMS (e.g WordPress) and analytics tools.
Experience working with Email Marketing Automation Tools.
Highly analytical, with the ability to track campaign success and optimise based on insights.
Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with graphic design or familiarity with design tools will be a plus.
