Job description Role Were looking for a personable and proactive Recruitment Administrator who loves working in a team environment, whilst having your own clear tasks and responsibilities. This opportunity will see you covering a variety of administration tasks throughout the recruitment journey, including processing new applications, answering candidate queries, advertising and marketing vacancies, organising interviews and processing offers of employment. You will also be actively involved in recruitment and talent projects, workshops, webinars and taking full advantage of training and development opportunities. Responsibilities To deliver highly accurate and well-presented recruitment administration duties To respond promptly to all internal and external customer and candidate queries, professionally and accurately, ensuring service levels are maintained. To deliver Recruitment administration to the business, across all recruitment processes, linking with other departments and People team as required. To deliver excellent customer and candidate service, whilst dealing with high volumes of various administrative work in a fast-paced environment, dealing with conflicting priorities and multiple internal and external stakeholders. Person specification Essential Criteria Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practice, gained from either working directly within recruitment or supporting recruitment and resourcing activities. Experience of working in a process driven environment to a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail, processing large amounts documents and data. Background in administration and customer service, with the proven ability to prioritise your work effectively. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Highly proficient in Microsoft office packages, particularly Outlook and Word. Experience of dealing sensitively and appropriately with confidential information. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. A supportive, proactive and solutions orientated approach.
