Graphic Design
1. Conceptualize, design, and create high-quality visual content for various marketing and communication channels, including print and digital.
2. Develop graphics, layouts, and illustrations for:
1. Social media posts and campaigns
2. Email marketing and newsletters
3. Hotel brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and advertisements
4. Website content, landing pages, and digital banners
5. Event collateral, presentations, and signage
3. Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all design outputs.
4. Manage and maintain an organized archive of design assets, templates, and project files.
5. Stay updated with design trends and tools to produce innovative and engaging content.
Marketing & Communication
1. Support the creation and execution of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
2. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for content creation and campaign execution.
3. Assist in planning, executing, and promoting hotel events, partnerships, and CSR initiatives.
4. Develop and manage social media content calendars to ensure regular and impactful communication.
5. Analyze performance metrics for marketing campaigns and design initiatives, suggesting improvements.
Skills & Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing & Communication, or a related field.
2. Professional experience in graphic design and marketing roles (preferably in the hospitality or service industry).
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
4. Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
5. Knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
6. Excellent communication, time management, and project coordination skills.
7. Photography and video editing skills are a plus.
