Job Title: Curriculum Manager - Engineering

Hours: Full Time 37 hpw

Salary: Band M £44000.00 to £49500.00

Our Engineering team sits within state-of-the-art facilities and is made up of lecturers, assessors, technicians, and work placement administrators, who are all committed to the innovative and quality-driven curriculum and training the Engineering sector needs.
Leading a team who are currently developing the skills and knowledge of around 370 students spanning Further Education, Higher Education, and Apprenticeship qualifications, you will be a driving mechanism in their achievement. With exciting developments such as T-Levels, your ability to inspire and challenge staff will add to the already highly regarded delivery our long-running employer partnerships throughout Norfolk and Suffolk enjoy.
Maximising resources through knowledge of the sector needs, advances in practice and technology, and an inherent love for Engineering, will all facilitate student and college success. Your inspirational, effective, and driven approach will:

2. Mentor and develop staff
3. Amplify a collaborative and aspirational culture
4. Forge and foster industry links
