Space 8 Recruitment are pleased to be partnering with this successful, friendly business to find a new Finance Manager (hybrid).
The Company
This company is a subsidiary of a very successful business headquartered in Germany and employs over 10,000 people worldwide. The UK has two offices, with the Coventry office having been established over 30 years ago and home to a small team of professionals.
The Role:
This role is to manage the Coventry office's finances, reporting into Germany with a dotted line into the other UK office. Duties are primarily finance-based but with it being a small team, there will also be some HR and general management duties that you will be required to undertake. The role includes:
1. Purchase Ledger
2. Credit Control
3. Sales Ledger
4. Payroll
5. Cash flow forecasting
6. Management Accounts
7. P+L
8. Banking & bank reconciliations
9. Balance sheet reconciliations
(Please only apply if you can already fulfill all of these duties. This is a stand-alone role so you must be able to hit the ground running.)
Plus:
Supporting on HR matters (previous experience would be amazing but not essential).
