We have an exciting new role that is being created for a Fleet Administrator. Working directly within the existing Fleet department. You will have the chance to create processes and systems to assist in fleet management and will be a critical function in our fleet team. This role is full time and office based in Old Kent Road, London, SE15.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Reporting on vehicle activity
* Managing the on hire and off hire reports for all vehicles
* Daily reporting on driver statistics
* Ensuring all vans are serviced and repaired by our approved network
* Analysing telematic reports on our vehicles
* Reporting on fuel usage
* Managing Insurance MID and accident documents
* Arranging accident recovery and repair
* Ensuring all vehicles are registered for tolls
* Arranging short term hire vehicles
* Managing speeding and parking fines
* Communicating with Contract Managers on issues arising
* Liaising with our suppliers
This role is office based and requires good organisational, communication and administration skills. We also require you to have excellent Microsoft Office skills and previous experience within a commercial fleet environment.
