We’re partnering with a D2C challenger brand, and are on the search for an CRM Specialist to drive revenue growth and customer retention across their direct-to-consumer (D2C) and B2B channels.
You’ll take the reins of their email marketing and retention strategy, leveraging tools like Klaviyo to deliver measurable results.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute bold retention strategies to boost engagement and growth across global customer databases.
Design high-converting email campaigns, automated flows, and powerful customer segments.
Own reactivation, loyalty, and subscription programs to maximize lifetime value (LTV).
Analyze performance metrics and consumer behavior to optimize campaigns and hit ambitious KPIs.
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and operations teams to align retention efforts with broader goals.
What They're Looking For:
3+ years of email marketing experience with a focus on retention (Klaviyo expertise is a must).
Strong analytical skills with a knack for turning data into actionable insights.
