An exciting opportunity for a highly organised individual with a strong track record of delivering multiple projects on time and with precision. As a key pillar of the Education department, you will bring an analytical and pragmatic approach to managing multi-system operations and business needs.
As the Education Operations Manager you will ensure robust and efficient systems are in place across customer service, enabling seamless, agile operations. You will collaborate with sub-departments to enhance performance, optimize system implementation, and continuously assess and refine processes for maximum efficiency. You will be responsible for maximizing the utilization and effectiveness of our training centres, ensuring they operate at peak efficiency to expand our education reach. Additionally, you will oversee facilities, operational processes, events, and health & safety, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
The responsibilities of the Education Operations Manager…. Could this be you?
* Implement and maintain efficient operational systems across LMS, student customer service, Phorest, Zendesk, Expert/Expert Renew and all other supportive educational systems, ensuring seamless workflows.
* Continuously assess and refine current systems to enhance productivity and agility.
* Collaborate with sub-departments to maximize performance through optimized system implementation.
* Full responsibility for PO and invoices management across the department.
* Drive the optimal use of training centres to expand education reach and impact.
* Monitor and improve training facility efficiency to maximize capacity and effectiveness.
* Ensure training centres meet operational, logistical, and compliance standards.
* Responsible for forecasting across educational department to ensure optimum inventory levels are met.
* Oversee the management of facilities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
* Plan and execute education-related events, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Manage health & safety protocols, ensuring compliance across all training centres and events.
* Work closely with UK & Ireland Education Managers to enhance the student journey and customer satisfaction.
* Identify opportunities for improvement in education delivery and operational processes.
* Partner with the Education Commercial Manager to manage budgets, ensuring cost control and efficiency.
* Act as the lynchpin of the department, driving operational excellence with a pragmatic and analytical mindset.
* Scrutinize efficiency across all education operations, ensuring best practices are upheld.
* Implement data-driven strategies to support continuous improvement and business growth.
Do you have the below skills?
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* High level of Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Word.
* Worked with CRM’s or have a good understanding of their functions.
* Project management experience.
* Strong organisation skills.
* Understanding of how to forecast.
* Ability to navigate reporting systems such as Excel, Power BI.
* Attention to detail and number analysis skills to constructively report on challenges and opportunities for maximum performance.
* Exceptional organisational skills, with the aptitude to manage multiple workloads and pro-actively problem-solve.
* People management experience with an ability to coach and nurture reporting team.
* A proactive desire to drive Education platforms and seek out opportunities for growth.
