E-Commerce Manager

Through your work in Global Print, you’ll ensure customers find products and services that meet their needs and then seamlessly and easily purchase those items online.

About the Role
As an E-Commerce Manager, you will embrace our comprehensive and bold product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and implement key business objectives (OKRs) for your e-store. You will leverage your knowledge of e-commerce, as well as customer feedback and analytics to prioritize the direction and desired outcomes for your e-store. This role will report directly to the Global Print Sr. Director of E-Commerce and will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Website Management: Partner with the Digital Team on the design, functionality, and optimization of the E-Commerce website to ensure a seamless user experience such as product displays, navigation, promotions and checkout process.
2. Digital Marketing: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and paid advertising to drive traffic and customer acquisition. Ability to work with the Marketing team to help implement the strategy we are driving in each unique region.
3. Web Analytics and Data Analysis: Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable items. Proficiency in using web analytics tools to measure website performance and identify areas for optimization. Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) like website traffic, conversion rates, customer engagement, and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
4. Digital Sales: Focus on online sales strategies, including promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and product assortment to boost conversion rates and maximize revenue.
5. E-Commerce Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with leading E-Commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce for example.
6. Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
7. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate with customers.
About You

* Proven experience working as an e-commerce manager.
* Proven ability to take initiative within a matrix organization to build strong, productive relationships based on excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment and able to flex between multiple workstreams.
* Ability to communicate complex concepts in easy-to-understand terminology.
* Able to work hands-on with products – how they are designed, built, deployed, and maintained in an enterprise environment.
* Experience with technology and ability to facilitate communication between business and technology teams (bonus points for having software engineering or data analytics in your background).
* Track record of delivering high-impact iterative projects that solve big customer problems, delivered on time and in budget.
* Ability to articulate clear and concise specifications for new products and new features with a strong affinity towards the developer community.
* Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to articulate and evangelize a strategy at every level of the organization.
* Ability to prioritize new feature launches based on competitive analysis, industry trends, emerging technologies, and company vision.
* Proven ability to influence cross-functional team(s) without formal authority.
* Familiarity with financial concepts and financial/budget management.
* Bachelor’s Degree.
